Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We only accept returns or refunds for defective or damaged items. To qualify, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be reported as defective within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect must be provided.

How to Request a Return or Refund

    • Your order number
    • Photos or videos of the defect
    • A brief description of the issue
  2. Assessment & Approval

    • Our team will review your request within 3 business days.
    • If approved, we will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the case.
  3. Resolution Process

    • Repair: If the issue can be fixed, we will arrange for repairs.
    • Replacement: If the defect is significant, we will provide a new item.
    • Refund: If neither repair nor replacement is possible, a full refund will be issued.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method and bank policies.


Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
  • Returns for reasons other than defects (e.g., change of mind, incorrect selection) are not accepted.
  • Customized or made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless defective.
